Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of your problem. You can also share your company, the service you are interested in, your starting point and the outcome you want. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.

Please share only what we need to understand your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical information or confidential information belonging to someone else through the form.

How we use it

We use this information to understand your inquiry, respond to you, discuss a possible project and keep a record of those conversations. We also use information when needed to protect the website, handle requests and meet legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If we agree to work together, our project agreement will address the information needed for that work.

Website data and browser storage

This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, device and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site through interaction data, heatmaps and session replays. These services may use cookies and similar technology. We use this information to improve the website. Advertising consent remains disabled.

Analytics scripts load only after you accept. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this browser; it does not delete information already collected.

The inquiry form is masked in Clarity, and we do not include your form entries in analytics events. Build, Run and Grow links include a service choice in the page address to preselect the form. The form does not save your entries in browser storage.

Service providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the website and process inquiry requests, Resend to deliver inquiry emails, and email service providers to communicate with you. With your analytics choice, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process website usage information. Information may also be available to people working with Cinnabar where they need it to handle your inquiry. Our providers may use automated checks to protect the service and detect spam.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Service providers may process information outside India, subject to the requirements of applicable law.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet relevant legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information; we may need to retain some records where the law requires or permits it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form or leave optional fields blank. Without the required details, we may be unable to respond through the form.

To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or raise a privacy concern, email contact@cinnabarstudio.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.

Other websites and services

Links to client, product or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers the Cinnabar website and inquiries made through it; separate product or project notices may apply elsewhere.

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
